I joined the Science Of Getting Rich affiliate program, just so that the viral pdf that I was giving away would at least have my affiliate link branded inside. I didn’t really expect to make a sale of a US$2000 product, but lo and behold I actually DID:

This was the first time I ever sold such a high end product and it was the first time I received a $500 commission. Pretty much to say, I was excited.
Anyway, I was expecting a nice commission cheque or a PayPal transfer, but nooooo… they sent me plastic instead!
I actually received this Visa TravelMoney card months back, it’s loaded with US$500, but I haven’t done anything since with it. Maybe I should blow it on a pink iPod! (right…)
Or if you know of a way on how I can extract the money that’s sitting inside, please let me know, I’d rather have the cash sitting pretty in my bank account.

you can use it for your travel to thailand … or some get away trip. haha…
1) Auction it off for cash
2) Sell it off to someone with who wants the travel money and you can get the cash.
err.. u shld be able to use it like a normal debit card and pay for your transactions? or use it to withdraw cash as cash advance from your card?
have you checked with the SGR accounts?
Do a cash advance with it, or check out a site like xe.com.
If all else fails, check with your citibank relationship manager?
