If you have no idea what being an affiliate means in the context of internet marketing, then I’ll deliver it to you in a nutshell. Basically, you get paid HALF of every sale you recommend and that’s it.

How does Clickbank pay the referrer?
Will Clickbank send the cheque to referrer’s home address?

    Adam says:
    Yes.

It takes very long for the link to load

    [i did replace my username]
I think the user would have closed the page before the page is able to load fully, proabably you can try other option. Just my 2 cents worth :)

Yup! That’s a problem a lot of marketers face. It takes really long to load the page. However, it’s all done by Clickbank’s system, so we don;t really have a lot of control over this.

For me, what I do is I usually cloak my affiliate link using some software and I save a copy of that affiliate page and I upload it to me server. It usually loads really fast then, just like a normal site. But you would have to have your own domain name and hosting to use this option. (Omigod, I’m starting to sound like a geek…)

    Hi Adam

It’s good to see truthful examples of earning money online for a change. Questions ….

    1. How does this affiliate thingy work? I just copy and past the link on my website?

    2. Now that the sales spike is over, how would you expect sales performance?

    cheers
    ck

    Adam says:
    Hi ck,

Thanks for the compliment. Yes! There are a lot of bogus websites online and some of my friends really doubted about the feasibility of making money online and now some of them have started making their first steps online because of the example here.

Which makes me glad. It’s not plain sailing, it’s not a bed of roses and there’s alot of hard work involved, but when it takes off… it’s shiok! ahaha

    1. When you get your affiliate link and people click on it, they get directed to the SSMM salespage. If they buy, the system tracks that you were the affiliate of that sale and you get your commission.

    2. I don’t expect day-to-day sales to hit the level of the launches but it’s a solid product, good copy and great credentials, so I do expect a consistent stream of sales as long as the website stays there.
