I got worst cases before.. they claim to be paypal and ask me to check my receipt for refund.. the email totally look like it's from Paypal but heng I always check my receipt before I do the refunds or sent the codes.. =P Just report this guy to the cybercops they will know what to do with him =) give them the IP Address also if you have =) lolx..
