This Has Got To Be My Favorite Customer!

You know sometimes how pissy customers can be, even though we all know as a business we have to treat them as No. 1. So far in my online experiences, people have really been very nice and I’ve not met a real asshole yet that I’d love to shoot.

Well, that’s about nasty customers. What about customers which put a smile on your face?

Heh.. I just came across one of the most amusing characters I’ve ever come across and this customer certainly made me laugh a bit.

You may know that we recently ran a Xmas promo for SSMM where you could grab it for just half-price. The trouble was that we were getting orders from countries like Pakistan, Argentina, etc and Clickbank was rejecting their credit cards based on certain criteria and there was nothing we could do about it.

So we provided an alternate form of payment which required some small email correspondence and this guy had the most colorful emails I’ve ever come across! It starts like this:

ahahhah! Maybe it’s a latino thing where they are just so expressive! Even in their emails!

ADAM KHOO, very interested, HAPPY NEW YEAR, giving his full name – federico samuel aguayo, republica argentina, and having the whole letter in blue! ahahahahha!…

And before I could even give a reply, he sent another email:

Oh I just love his ethusiasm!

Anyway, I proceeded to reply telling him of the alternate method in which he could make payment (no money gram) where we use AKLTG’s payment systme instead of Clickbank.

But because the holidays were coming (New Year and Haji), there was no staff in the office to do this for a few days (partay! partay!).

Which prompted this concerned reply from him after waiting awhile:

Oh… such a vast tone down from his previous emails. At least he still uses UPPERCASE liberally still!

So I explained to him that the main office was on holiday due to the ummm.. holidays, and we would charge his credit card once we came back to work (Jan 3rd).

And so Mr Latino sends back his reply:

ahahhaahah! I was totally enjoying myself with this guy! (wuuuu.. that sounded homo)

And now he’s using green all over! Oh he’s sooo cute! And nice! Wishing everyone a Happy New Year!

How often to do you get such a happy and gregrarious customer?

And so after his payment was approved, I sent him the access to download his copy of SSMM which apparently he found very beneficial.

ahahhaahhaha! Now it’s all in red!

So anyway, that was the end of it because he paid for and got his product. And he sure seems very happy about it.

And recently, we sent out an email about how you could explore over 800 products and download them for free (Super Gifts). Which prompted another enthusiastic reply from our latino friend:
