I’d Better Blog About Something…
As a owner of a blog, it is my responsibilty to always have something to blab about, so that readers will just keep on coming to lap up the whole thing. People just love reading about stuff and the more you blog, the more traffic you’re gonna get.
If you don’t think you’re going to enjoy blogging consistently for the next 5 years of your life, them probably blogging’s not for you. Or go hire a writer to do if for you. Quietly…
Since I have no one particular thing to blog about today, I’m just gonna type down whatever nonsense that hits my mind (Cow!) and maybe that will make it a very entertaining read for you (french fries!).
Ok maybe some updates first:
Ummm… you probably know that we did a email promo for Success With NLP a week back, which didn’t really well at all in my opinion. It just goes to show that making money online is not a smooth sailing, get-rich type of thing. You get ups and downs along the way.
I don’t make a bucket load of cash every single month online on autopilot. I seriuosly have to work to make things happen. It’s always ongoing and it’s never-ending (until you’ve built a team to run it for you), so if you want to succeed online, it’d be best if you actually enjoyed doing all the stuff that’s required.
I do enjoy the stuff that I do, which makes really happy and much less prone to chronic depression, and so I think that’s one of the reasons of I’ve done (humbly) relatively well so far since I started “way back” 10 months ago.
What? Only 10 months? It’s funny how much can change in a year. Yea, but anyway, it’s been 10 months and many more to come. I still consider myself a real newbie, I’m learning stuff all the time and I’m still making mistakes. And I’ve lots more to discover before I really consider myself an “expert” online. Maybe when I hit 5 digits consistently, then I’d start bragging like a guru. hee hee..
OK enough about that, let me move on to other stuff.
I’m sure you know about the viral spat that happened a few weeks ago and I was certainly amused by the whole thing. It’s almost like a good drama serial, but anyway I just wanted you to know I got both the viral scripts (Viral Friend Generator & Viral Friend Dominator) and here’s what I think.
I actually downloaded Scott’s viral script first because hey it’s free and I was looking for a great way to include some tell-a-friend feature on my sites. The thing was, when I unzipped the whole package and I had no bloody what I needed to do to get the thing working. I read through the readme file and I got more confused and you know what? I just chucked it aside. I seriously didn’t have the time to go and learn all this geek stuff just so I could do this.
Now I know some of you that are more geek inclined could be sniffing away at my inaptness, but I’m not a techie and I seriously don’t want to screw around with things I didn’t know about, because what if my dear websites crashed and whatever? That’d be horrible.
And so when Mike launched his VFG, I decided to have a look at it, hoping that it wouldn’t have to make me go through all the techno-garble I wasn’t looking for. And it wasn’t. It was plain simple to install and hook up, and I got my viral thing up on my sites in less than an hour. It was a breeze.
So even though it had less features and it was infinitely more expensive (because the other’s free), I stuck with the simpler, easy to use product. I had all that I was looking for, I didn’t all the extra powerful features, and it was so simple, a dummy could do it.
I don’t know about you but I like things easy. i may be a Mensan, but I love things a dummy could do.
So I put the script on a few of my sites so far and they’ve been doing REALLY well. I can safely say that my opt-ins have tripled to 80-120 a day and my sales haved picked up as well. So it’s doing really great. I’d recommend it to you as well. You can go with either script, just stick with the one you like.

Please note that this software isn’t going to magically give you a 100 opt-ins a day from the get-go. You got to have your base traffic there already, before it can multiply further for you. Just making sure that you got things straight, before you go around thinking that this is the magic bullet that will solve your problems. There’s no magic bullet, it’s always a combination of many small things that makes things happen.
Ok let’s move on.
Oh wait! wuuuuuu…. I think I’ve typed quite a fair bit already. So I think I’ll pause and save my other ramblings for another blog post. I can drive more traffic that way. Makes you come back more often! ahahahhahah! (choke!)
